By accessing or using CLONYFY ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CLONYFY is a tool that captures website structure, assets, and content to generate editable Next.js applications for personal and archival purposes. The Service is provided for:

• Archiving public websites you have permission to copy
• Prototyping and design reference
• Educational and development purposes
• Creating backups of websites you own

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CLONYFY to:

• Copy websites without the owner's permission or in violation of their Terms of Service
• Reproduce copyrighted content for redistribution or commercial gain
• Bypass paywalls, authentication systems, or access controls
• Engage in scraping for spam, phishing, or fraudulent purposes
• Overload or harm third-party servers (robots.txt is enforced by default)
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to clone any website you target. We do not review or approve clone requests.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed manually — you submit proof of payment and we confirm within 24 hours. Refunds are handled case by case at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 14 days' notice.

If your subscription expires and you do not renew within the 7-day grace period, your account will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan.

6. Data and Privacy

Cloned content is stored locally on the server you run CLONYFY on. We collect minimal account data (name, email, plan, clone history). See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

CLONYFY and its underlying technology are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service itself. Cloned website content belongs to its respective owners — using it is your legal responsibility.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including content you clone, data loss, or service interruptions. Our maximum liability to you for any claim is the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your Dashboard.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
